JOB OF THE WEEK ; DUE TO EXPANSION OUR CLIENTS ARE LOOKING FOR 2 ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES
Working in the outskirts of Sevenoaks , lovely Rural area with great views and parking.
This is a fantastic role for an experienced Account Executive with either sales or Recruitment background
You should have an excellent standard of education and a solid sales background -
Great Potential in this role.
1. Working within a team, searching and selecting CVs of suitable candidates from our database to submit to our Clients.
2. Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
3. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
4. Whenever possible extending our database by gaining recommendations from existing candidates and by advertising current positions.
5. Gaining detailed information to understand our candidates in order to best represent them, their preferences and assess their suitability.
6. To keep our candidate records up to date with notes, references and actions taken.
7. Tracking down candidates and clients for the team.
8. Knowing locations of existing clients, their projects, transport links, their nature and their staffing needs.
To participate in, prepare for and contribute to our team/recruitment meetings
