INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRE A SENIOR PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR

BASIC SALARY to £18,000 DOE OTE CIRCA £30K + ADDITIONAL BONUSES

The position is for a SENIOR PROPERTYNEGOTIATOR covering both sales and lettings within an independent estate agency in Gillingham. You will need a minimum of 1 year's experience within estate agency to be considered, however you do not need to have experience in both sales and lettings as there will be training given, as long as you have good knowledge of at least one aspect of the industry. Ideally you will be at valuer level, or have just started listing training.

Duties:
•Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
•Matching customers to properties for both buying and renting
•Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
•Conducting market appraisals and instructing new properties
•Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
•Showing people around properties in the local area
•General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input

Requirements:
•Minimum 1 year's experience in Estate Agency - either sales or lettings
•Full UK driving licence and own car
•Well-presented
•Good organisational skills
•Team player
•Good communication skills

Hours - Mon to Fri: 9am-6pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

5 day working week with day in lieu
