Are you an experienced Fabricator / Welder looking for your next step up? If so our Tonbridge based client is looking to recruit a Team leader to motive and lead a small team.
The right person will have a driven, strong and positive personality and be able to motivate a small team.
The role will be Workshop based, and duties will include but not be limited to: Quality and completion of projects and the smooth running of the workshop, Comply with health and safety rules and regulations, Ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly, legible and handed in on time. Will be required to be hands on also.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be an experienced Welder / Fabricator
* Able to read technical drawings.
* Be a people and process leader
* Self motivated and able to motivate others
* Have excellent communication skills
* HOURS: Monday to Friday 45 hours per week - Overtime available
