OPPORTUNITY WITH LEADING INDEPENDENT FIRM
SALARY £15-18,000 PER ANNUM
We are currently recruiting for this leading company, position based in NEWINGTON.
My client is one of the market leaders in its field who due to a programme of continued improvement are looking for a LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Have experience of property management or lettings administration
•Helping to ensure that the portfolio runs as smoothly and effectively as possible
•Dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and other service providers
•Arranging for quotations and issuing works
•Rent Renewals
