The Role
To ensure the stock levels are maintained and discrepancies monitored to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that stock is in the correct place at the right time to deliver customer orders.
- Accurately store and record information
- Complete regular stock takes
- Monitor discrepancies and investigate identified stock problems
- Identify and correct SLED problems
- Investigate fully all stock issues
- Any additional duties required
- Complete inventory counts
The Person
- Verbally communicates in polite fashion, relays messages to the team
- Uses knowledge to solve problems and make decisions
- Takes responsibility for own work
- Health and Safety conscious
- Able to maintain effective working relationships within the team
- Meets customer expectations in service and product quality
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Organises and prioritises to bring tasks to timely completion
- Able to overcome setbacks with resolve and determination
- Has a sense of urgency
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Educated to at least GCSE level
- PC Literate and numerate
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Adaptable to change
