We are currently recruiting for an established manufacturing company in Ashford and employer of choice for a Production Labeller, working on the LATE SHIFT, 2pm – 10pm, Monday to Friday.

Main Purpose of the role and skills we are seeking:

The main purpose of the role is to assist with the efficient operation of the labelling requirements specifically within carton and packaging operations all within a manufacturing production environment.

You will assist with meeting the production schedule and production targets for customer satisfaction, quality and cost.
Any previous experience gained within a production or warehouse type of environment would be helpful, as would any experience gained with labelling or any other packaging equipment, but the ability to work within a fast paced factory environment, attention to detail and a team player – all important.
Ensure that GMP (good manufacturing practices) are maintained in the Packaging area.
Ensure the Packaging areas are kept clean, safe and tidy.
Ensure that all packaging and labelling functions are performed efficiently.
Liaison with the Production Team Leader and Production Team Manager.
Basic understanding of Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.
