Are you an experienced Office Manager available immediately and keen for a fresh challenge?
Do you have experience working within a school and using the SIMS package?
If so, then read on!
We are urgently recruiting for a School Office Manager to cover a long-term temporary vacancy.
You will work within a close-knit and supportive team to ensure the smooth running of this local school.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Co-ordinating the school census
* Running the school's admissions process
* Dealing directly with parents including resolving any complaints as well as letter writing
* Payroll data input
* Other ad-hoc tasks as required
You will enjoy free parking and a chance to make your contribution to the running of this school felt.
Experience using SIMS and STS systems would be a distinct advantage.
