Red Eagle Recruitment (AGY) require a Customer Service Agent to join a busy Customer Service Team for a Distribution Company based in North Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a career minded individual who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast paced environment.
You will be required to work 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, to include some weekend working.
This role can be highly pressurised and requires an organised and methodical approach, always ensuring customers are kept up to date with any issues regarding their consignments.
You will be an enthusiastic all-rounder who has proven experience within a customer focused environment and be someone who always likes to go that extra mile for your clients.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential along with the ability to be able to think on your feet and remain level headed in what is sometimes a hectic environment is essential, whilst maintaining a sense of humour and positive attitude.
The Role
Reporting Customer Services Manager.
You will need excellent communication skills
You must have accurate and efficient data input with excellent attention to detail.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team You should be self-motivated
You will have the ability to work well under pressure and to high standard.
To promote harmonious and effective working relationships both internally and externally, ensuring excellent customer service through a combination of communication team work, motivation and leadership.
The Person
Customer focused.
PC literate.
Proven experience within a fast pace environment.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Numerate and literate.
Remaining calm when working under pressure.
Experience with working with bespoke systems.
Positive attitude.
You should be enthusiastic with a sense of humour.
You must possess the ability to remain calm in a busy and sometimes hectic environment
