A UK-based specialist in the field of electronics is looking to recruit a CRM Manager.
Responsibilities:
Training of new users, super users and the technical support team
Keep the logbook of users up-to-date
Open and close accounts to ensure the appropriate amount of licenses are available
Check server synchronisation to ensure they are adjusted to the current settings
Host online seminars
Modify GUI and dashboards to the needs of the business
Keep CRM up-to-date
Monitor and cleanse the database
Open support tickets for cases beyond Admin rights
Execute implementations
Requirements:
Sound knowledge of networks and server functionality
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Proven project management skills
