Job Description
Working within Business Change and Product Delivery, you will have the opportunity to support small-scale changes all the way through to major transformation, and new product releases, as well as prioritise and rate a large and diverse portfolio of projects.

You will be accountable for the quality of requirements, and will provide key guidance and support to business leads, and both internal and external parties in order to direct the business to successful delivery of projects.

You will capture business and data requirements, as well as co-ordinate user stories and high-level plans, working alongside the business to understand the impact of initiatives on new and ongoing projects. You will provide input to both the business, and development and test teams, on how new solutions will work, and impact the business.

This is a chance to own the end-to-end requirements management for projects, ensuring that verifiable traceability occurs between requirements, solution and testing.

Sitting within the commercial area of the business, you will on occasion be required to travel to other UK locations.

As a Business Analyst within Business Change, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Obtaining input from Commercial business stakeholders, Strategy & Architecture, Development Services, Infrastructure Services and Service Delivery, support the Business in defining and documenting the technology non-functional requirements
- Support the supplier/solution selection process by providing input into the RFI, RFP, etc. as well as assessing responses against business requirements
- Scoping changes, ensuring that impact assessments are carried out, obtaining business input to enable decisions, re-planning and budgeting as necessary.
- Work with the business to methodically investigate, analyse, review, define and document business requirements
- Reviewing progress and ensuring that the milestones are completed as per the agreed schedule.
- Arrange, conduct and lead meeting pre, during & post implementation with project teams, stakeholders where appropriate
- Support production of impact assessment and decisions papers providing an up-to-date view of progress against milestones, risks and issues, and dependencies to the Head of Change and Product Delivery

The Successful Applicant
As a Business Analyst, you will be somebody with business change experience, ideally within a large-scale financial services company, who possesses first class communication, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will also have worked within a product delivery environment, and understand the landscape or a mixed internal and outsourced model.

-Proven background within Business Change, within a large scale business
-Experience as a Business Analyst, or Project Management
-Highly organised and the ability to prioritise multiple work streams
-PRINCE2, MSP, PMI or similar qualification
