JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for achieving maximum sales and business by attracting potential clients through online a variety of channels.
Responsible for all selling activities of NewMed products and services both online and offline, with the focus being the e-commerce outlets for NewMed.
The suitable candidate will be involved in obtaining new products and services offered by NewMed by initiating and maintaining business relationships with the manufacturers. Ensuring updated sales figures and forecasts are reported back to the Sales Manager of the parent company Bedfont Scientific Ltd.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• To guide, instruct and give directions to all the NewMed sales team.
• To assist in organizing all sales activities.
• Preparation of directions and sales targets for the team.
• Performance management of the team.
• Ensure strategies are designed to maximum sales
• Maintain a close working relationship with the marketing team to promote products successfully online.
• Maintain and enhance the ecommerce sites for all NewMed products.
• Preparation of sales reports.
• To meet and surpass the monthly sales target, ensuring maximum profit margins for the organisation.
• Research new products and build relationships with the existing and new manufacturers to supply new products into the UK market.
• To ensure the customers purchasing experience is a smooth transaction, identifying and implementing new procedures when needed.
• Ensuring all NewMed staff are up to date with all products on offer as well as having sufficient training on the devices when needed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Experience of online retailers such as Amazon, eBay and Google Shopping is desirable for this role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel essential
• Proven performance management
• Proven business development skills
