Administration Co-ordinator - Starting Immediately - Maidstone - Temporary Role
My successful client is currently looking to recruit an administration coordinator on a temporary basis to support their team.This is an exciting opportunity for a bright, ambitious individual to develop their career.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with in a friendly, sociable and supportive environment. It requires a good working knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel, Word & Outlook as there is a need for accurate data entry and report preparation.
Key responsibilities and accountability's:
* High standard of answering phones, with accurate message taking
* Fast paced accurate data entry skills
* Co-ordinating and booking jobs to be completed
* Ability to use a franking machine to send external letters in the post office collection bags
* Ability to open and correctly distributing incoming post
* General Adhoc duties
Skills/Qualifications Required:
* Microsoft Office Proficiency
* Communication - written and oral
* Managing Processes
* Writing and Reporting Skills
* Administrative Writing Skills
* Confidentiality
* Organisation
* Typing
* Verbal Communication
