Leeds Castle welcomes over 600,000 visitors every year. We currently have a vacancy for an experienced gardener to join the team responsible for the appearance and maintenance of the Culpeper, Lady Baillie Mediterranean and other ornamental gardens around the estate.
To succeed in this role, you should have a creative and enthusiastic approach to gardening in a Heritage environment and be a passionate horticulturist.
The successful applicant must have previous experience, be self-motivated, a team player and hold NVQ Level 2 in horticulture or other relevant garden qualification. It would also be useful to also hold spraying certificates but this is not essential as appropriate training would be given.
This is a full time position, working 40 hours each week and will also involve working weekends on occasion.
