My Client, one of the world's largest processing Companies, is now looking to recruit a Fitter / Welder for their Site in Tilbury, to undertake welding and fitting tasks together with mechanical engineering service and support for production breakdowns.
The Role: Fitter / Welder
Welding and fitting together with mechanical engineering service and support.
To ensure a safe start-up, running and shut-down of the plant and its machinery.
To ensure product throughput and quality is maintained to required levels.
Report all maintenance issues to management and to accurately maintain process records.
To ensure high standard of cleanliness throughout the department following a GMP schedule.
To ensure Company standards are adhered to in terms of health, safety and the environment.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Fitter / Welder
Educated to at least City & guilds / B Tech
3 years' experience as a full qualified Welder or -
Mechanical Engineer with demonstrable experience/skills in welding.
Basic computer skills in outlook and MS office are required.
Good communication, team working and problem solving skills.
This is a day role - Monday to Friday
