Operations Manager Rail FM

This is an exciting opportunity to work from your own office at home on a variety of projects throughout the London area. This highly reputable organisation within facilities management is now looking for an Operations Manager to work for their Rail department.
This position has become available due to company growth, with them looking to double their employee numbers by 2019. You will use your organisational skills and methodical planning to improve performance, growth and profitability throughout the department. As required you will meet clients face to face on site and provide support for your team of account managers.
The role works closely alongside the National Operations director, who is keen to find an individual who can grow and develop the Rail department to reach its full potential.
Upon speaking with employees from the organisation, they have said that this is an exciting time to join them, due to their expansion plans which will take full effect within the next two years.
