I'm currently looking for a passionate Sous-Chef to act as the second in a very popular venue near Tunbridge Wells.
This privately owned, highly regarded venue has carved out an enviable reputation in the time it's been open and 2017 brings more opportunity.
Working as the second within a tightly knit team working with the finest locally sourced fresh produce, the successful candidate will be familiar with supporting and training and running this busy kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
I'm looking for someone that has similar experience although this may be your first senior role. We need the drive and enthusiasm to help push the venue and it's venue forward.
The salary offered is set between £25,000 an £26,000 and also comes with a very generous tip share.
