Position - Warehouse Operative

You will mainly be responsible for order picking, packing & dispatch - either by electronic hand-held device or paper. You will need to have the ability to work as part of a small team and communicate with team members effectively, as well as multi-task and work in a fast paced environment when necessary.

Role Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good level of general fitness
Clean current driving license
Basic numeracy, literacy & IT skills
Counterbalance license (desirable)
Previous experience using powered pallet trucks/reach trucks (training given)

Additional Responsibilities

Covering other warehouse duties including:
Receiving & booking in stock deliveries
Sorting stock returns
Moving palletised stock within warehouse
Picking and dispatching sales rep stock requirements
Counting stock
General warehouse maintenance (tidying etc.)
Picking stock of different sizes and weights and packing into cartons up to 20kg
Moving packed cartons within warehouse
Loading & unloading of goods from vehicles
