We are recruiting for Assistant Park Keepers for our Folkestone Based Client. You will be responsible for all designated park facilities and ensure they are kept clean, tidy and well maintained and all times.
Your Main Duties & Responsibilities will include some of the following.
-Inspect each park daily and resolve or report any issues to the park keeper.
-Collect and dispose of all waste in a safe and responsible manner.
-Litter Pick and clear all Litter and debris from all areas and water courses.
-Empty all bins daily or more frequently as required and dispose of all arisings to specified facility.
-Enforce byelaws relating to dog fouling.
-Sweep all roadways, pathways and steps.
Qualifications: Essential- Basic Numeracy & Literacy to level 2, GCSE A-C or equivalent. Full driving licence.
Knowledge & Experience- Essential- Experience of working within a customer facing environment.
Skills & Abilities- Essential- Ability to cope with a physically demanding role, the ability to work to Schedules, follow instructions and work with Limited levels of super vision.
This is a Temporary position working from April to October 4 days on 4 days off 12 hour shifts.
