Pilgrims Hospices are currently looking to recruit a Domestic Supervisor at the Thanet hospice.
Reporting directly to the Hospice Services Manager the ideal post holder would be responsible for the domestic team overseeing the day to day running of the domestic services team including collate and reviewing cleaning schedules, ensure staff comply with infection control procedures and ensuring that direct reports are adequately trained and attend all training courses as required.
The post holder will be expected to work the following shifts
07:30 – 12:00 four mornings per week
11:00 – 17:00 one afternoon per week
Although the need for flexibility is essential.
Terms of employment
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £11,120.00 per annum
Hours: 25 per week,
