We have an immediate requirement for a Supply & Demand Planning Analyst, so we are looking for Production/Planning experience, with any industry considered.
The position has become available due to the forthcoming introduction of new brands to our clients portfolio and the Supply & Demand Planning Analyst, will provide assistance with a backlog of work within the Planning Team.
Initially this will be for 3 months but this could be extended to 6.
The role will focus on helping the Supply Chain Team during a transitional period requiring integration of new business. The Supply & Demand Planning Analyst will work on different analysis reporting presentation and inventory management of allocated brands for UK & France for co-packed items and requires a flexible approach, together with the ability to deal with ambiguous information on multiple items, which can frequently change at short notice!
The Supply & Demand Planning Analyst will be key in inventory management and product lifecycle management and the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. You will have specific responsibility for issuing reporting documents to stakeholders or internal customers as well as occasionally sending supply plans to co-packers, with all information kept on SAP and communicate to key stakeholders throughout the business.
Responsibilities and skills we are seeking in an individual:
Supply planning mainly for monthly reporting aspects
SAP experience
An analytical approach
Experience of manipulating data
preparing information and presentations for monthly S&OP meeting and Supply meeting
Woking to achieve inventory targets for your allocated brands
KPI reporting
Cross functional working
* Some of these responsibilities will be shared with another Supply Planner, thus the workload will be shared
Desirable:
French speaking would be helpful - but not considered essential
Hours of work:
37 hours per week Monday to Friday (with free parking)
