As a Community Manager, you will act as the face of the company, managing communications in both directions. You will be a digital-savvy employee is responsible for all communications, PR, social media, events, and content creation, among other areas. This is a communications type position, incorporating online and face-to-face.

- Content creation: Writing blogs, social media posts, articles, newsletters

- Events: Attending and planning local events
- Public Relations: Managing incoming media requests and building relationships with journalists
- Customer relations: You will be responsible for customer support, answering questions, whatever they may be
- Communications/Marketing: You will be responsible for creating strategic marketing/communications plans to provide direction for the company’s image
- Analytics: Using Google Analytics and other tools to provide reports and find ways to improve on those through testing
