Selective Catalytic Reduction - SCR



The ideal candidate will have/be:





*

Engineering degree, or equivalent.
*

1 or more years' experience with automotive software tools INCA and Matlab Simulink.
*

Experience with diesel engines or SCR dosing systems.
*

Ability to develop and present technical presentations to customers and other teams.
*

Personal strengths: Confidence, self-directed, customer focused, communication skills, results driven.



Advantageous



*

Diesel fuel systems and SCR exhaust after treatment experience.
*

Ability to travel to customer sites (Germany, France, others).



The role:



As a Systems Engineer, you will perform analysis, write reports and present results associated with the development of a SCR urea dosing system for the automotive market. The role will contribute to all phases of the system development, from concept to production. The position will require balanced decision making and good analytical skills. They must be able to work other members of the cross-functional project team responsible for overall project success. Reporting to the SCR Systems Manager.



*

Develop control software requirement documents
*

Rapid prototype software algorithms using Matlab, Simulink
*

Develop system test procedures for SCR systems in laboratory, engine dynamometer and vehicle test facilities
*

Develop calibration test procedures for SCR systems
*

Perform system and calibration test procedures and results analysis
*

Support customer testing including possible climate test trips
*

Work within a multi-functional team to ensure solution meets technical specification, customer requirements and compatible with company standards.
*

Have strong focus on the quality and accuracy of your work, and ensure the delivery of robust results.
