Are you an experienced HR Advisor seeking a new role? Or are you an experienced HR Administrator looking to progress in your career? If so we have an ideal role for you.

Working for an international company who offer career development opportunities you will be working closely with the HR Manager who we have recruited for for years and they are extremely friendly and professional.

This is a full generalist role where you will be responsible for:



* Assisting line managers and supervisors with all aspects of the recruitment and selection process
* Onboarding and inducting new employees ensuring all relevant documentation is complete and references obtained.
* Guiding Managers and staff through any performance and absence management, grievance or disciplinary situations which may arise, including taking minutes at hearings and providing appropriate legal/procedural/policy advice,
* Providing support to Managers in conducting any training needs analysis and prioritising training and development
* Preparing for resigning employees by notifying relevant departments
* Participating on any consultative committees as required / escalate any issues arising from these as necessary.
* Assisting with performance management and monitoring processes as required
* Assisting the HR Manager with implementing / revising existing and/or new policies and procedures to ensure that the Company meets best practice, holds clear consistent policies across all sites and complies with current employment legislation.
* Assisting with recording and preparing data reports for department, management team and US parent company includes weekly and monthly updates of various records, such as absences, headcount, recruitment data, etc.
* Assisting with general benefits administration
* Assisting as required with any other projects, which may arise from time to time
* Assist in dealing with routine HR requirements, e.g. reference requests, minute taking at formal meetings, etc.



Experience required for this position:

* Previous experience in a HR role
* Experience in payroll processing
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Advanced level Microsoft skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet;
* Ability to keep sensitive information confidential and secure
