Purchase Ledger Costing Clerk – Head Office, Folkestone
With more than 250 employees, Walker Construction is an experienced Building & Civil Engineering Company working with private and public clients on projects up to £15m in value. With a proud and distinguished history that dates back to the 1960’s we have evolved into a multidisciplinary construction business generated through our three core divisions: Construction, Rail & Minor Works.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Costing Clerk based at our Head Office in Folkestone, Kent.
The successful applicant will ideally have some experience working within a computerised purchase ledger environment. You will be expected to produce work of a high standard ensuring deadlines are met.
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will be responsible for processing supplier’s invoices, preparing and processing month end journals, archiving departmental records, implementation and operation of a purchase ledger processing system and other tasks as directed. This position is offered on a full time basis with a competitive salary dependent upon experience.
Closing date Friday 10th February 2017.
