Location Sittingbourne, Kent [ME9 8HL]
Salary £7.85 per hour + benefits
Shifts available between Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 6:00pm [Flexible working]
This is an interesting and diverse role requiring exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. You must have French language skills, both written and spoken; preferably mother tongue. Ability to communicate in English as well.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To provide exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers
• To deliver comprehensive advice in connection to all service areas
• Take ownership and responsibility for dealing with customer inquiries through to a satisfactory resolution
• To escalate customer cases where necessary
• Ensure data quality and integrity and apply data quality standards and controls
• Display a positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times
• Demonstrate great team work and a flexible approach, ensuring accurate and a timely work ethos
• Actively participate in call quality, coaching and feedback
• To contribute ideas and suggestions that may enable the team and company to provide a better service
• To undertake any other duties commensurate with the role
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Highly effective communication skills
• Previous experience of dealing with customers
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English and French
• Good keyboard and numeracy skills, a willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the success of the company
THE ROLE
Due to our success and continued growth at Rhubarb, we are currently seeking customer experience executives that will handle outbound research calls on behalf of one of our clients.
This role will suit someone that has exceptional customer service skills and the ability to listen to feedback provided by customers and records all details correctly. You will have a helpful and friendly tone; possess a ‘can-do’ attitude and passion for exceeding targets whilst providing an outstanding customer experience.
