Strong Microsoft Infrastructure and Virtualisation skills needed to make this role a success.
Technical background must include:
* 3rd line/ 4th line Server support
* AD (Group Policy etc.)
* Solid Virtualisation skills (VMware and/ or HyperV)
* Pre/Post sales delivery experience
* Azure / AWS stacks
* Exchange mail server
* IIS / SQL Server
* Citrix
* Scripting (Powershell, .NET)
Team leading skills, enterprise backup solutions (such as Veeam, Veeam Cloud useful) and vendor management skills an advantage.
This is a lead engineer / senior consultant type role which will involve working closely with sales / delivery teams, IT Management, project management. This is a good opportunity for someone to play a key technical role but without commuting to London.
