A fantastic secondment opportunity has arisen in the HR department for a HR MI & Systems Manager to cover maternity leave.
Do you have strong analytical and communication skills? Are you good with numbers and keen to work within a fast-paced team environment managing conflicting priorities? If this sounds like you…we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will need to have first-rate IT skills particularly excel, and have a great eye for detail. Experience in analysing and presenting data is critical to this role, as well as excellent communication skills. You’ll be tenacious, and naturally inquisitive, with an aptitude for logical problem solving.
You will be the central HR point of contact for data analytics, metrics and reward and reporting associated with the HR function, as well as responsibility for all statutory reporting obligations. You’ll have a knowledgeable team around you to help you get up to speed with the HR processes, so previous HR experience is desirable but not essential.
