We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing, with very strong Paid Marketing / Acquisition skills and experience, to join a growing B2C business.
This is a Senior Management position with great degree of autonomy and potential. Growing the marketing capability to meet business targets and ensuring integration and collaboration with other channels within the business.
You will lead and manage a strong team of executives and be responsible for challenging them. You will develop and drive marketing strategy, but have a hands-on approach.
A dedicated professional, you will have strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical/reporting skills. With a deep understanding and a proven track record in acquisition, conversion, optimisation, retention and generating traffic, revenue and profit, ideally in a lead-driven environment.
