Fresh Start Management Service Ltd. are looking for an intelligent, adaptable and hardworking individual to join the Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Coordinator. This is great opportunity to be a part of a ‘fast paced’ and developing team of individuals whose role it is to recruit specialist teachers throughout the UK to work with vulnerable and disengaged students who are at risk and who are not receiving the education they require.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and implementing full recruitment procedures and policies within a given area of the UK.
Working as part of a team of other Coordinators reporting to the Recruitment Manager
Overseeing a caseload of candidates, supporting them through the recruitment process
Conducting interviews, processing applicants, calling prospective candidates
Representing the company and ensuring Safeguarding to highest standard
A successful candidate will need to be able to skillfully demonstrate the following:
Verbal/ non-verbal communication
Computing and IT literate
High level of Numeracy and Literacy
Understanding of SEN
Time management
A successful candidate will need to:
Be honest and reliable
Work well within a team
Be creative and take initiative
Receive constructive criticism
Be adaptable and flexible to necessary demands and targets
