Permanent Property Claims Manager – Folkestone
Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will join our small, friendly office where everyone works closely together to provide the highest standards of customer service. This Company deals with claims in respect of blocks of flats, residential and commercial property throughout the UK under a delegated authority. Excellent working environment, Monday to Friday; 9am to 5pm.
You will be required to handle claims from point of notification through to settlement, assessing policy cover, terms, settlement and repudiation; requesting and collating information; corresponding with insurers, solicitors, contractors, adjusters and third parties. Maintaining accurate data records and diary systems.
Skills and experience preferred but not essential:
• 2 years property customer service claims experience
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Up to date knowledge of FCA requirements, TCF
• Strong organisational skills, confident to prioritise workload.
