Heritage Lottery fund is enabling us to embark on an exciting new project to encourage people to use Cromers Wood, Sittingbourne as a place of recreation and fun that enhances the wildlife in the area. The "Wooden it be Crafty" project will explore the traditional management of woodlands and how this can support wider creativity and craftsmanship. The project manager will lead and develop the project plan engaging groups and playing a key part in educating and inspiring young people, enabling a new generation to connect with nature.
Excellent communication and motivational skills are required and the successful candidate will bring creativity and experience gained from developing projects and working with communities and a range of business and organisations.
