Temporary to Permanent contract

Are you an experienced Credit Controller or looking to work within Credit Control?

We may have the perfect role for you. This is a temporary to permanent role so please only apply if you are available to start immediately. This would be a great opportunity for anyone looking to work in a well established team. Our client is looking for someone to join their team.

You will be responsible for the timely payment of invoices for a portfolio of accounts to maximise cash collections and to minimise bad debt. Duties include:

* Chasing overdue debt by telephone, email and letter to ensure they are paid in accordance to payment terms

* Recording all debt chasing activities clearly and promptly on debt management software

* Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances

* Weekly reporting and account reconciliations

* Investigating and resolving queries with Sales and Order Administration Teams relating to non-payment of invoices

* Working towards monthly and quarterly goals and matrix



Skills / Requirements of the role:

* Two years Credit Control and Accounts Receivable experience would be preferable

* Good Excel skills

* Keen attention to detail
