Our client is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career, and progress to a Registered Manager to oversee and manage the day to day running of a residential care home.
The successful candidate will be put through the relevant CQC training in order to become a competent Registered Manager.
Once trained and registered the role of the Registered Manager will be to, ensure full compliance with all the fundamental care standards for the home and CQC compliance, ensuring all contractual standards relating to the delivery of quality care are maintained. Supported by a staff team, you will oversee training, recruitment, co-ordination and customer satisfaction. Have the Knowledge and understanding of the CQC regulatory requirements and the workings of social care and health care, understanding of the needs, rights and issues of carers and the elderly. Be able to deal with staffing and HR issues.
This role is 35 hours per week and candidates must be flexible to work on a shift basis.
** All applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Deputy Manager**
