The Ideal Individual: We require an experienced registered Manager. The registered Manager’s job is to oversee and manage the day to day running of the operations, ensuring full compliance with all the fundamental care standards for the home and CQC compliant, ensuring all contractual standards relating to the delivery of quality care are maintained. Supported by a staff team, you will oversee training, recruitment, co-ordination and customer satisfaction. NVQ 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is essential.
• Knowledge and understanding of the CQC regulatory requirements and the workings of social care and health care.
• An understanding of the needs, rights and issues of Carers and people with care needs of all ages
• An understanding of and experience in dealing with staffing and HR issues
• Manage the running of the branch in line with CQC legal regulations, as well as company policy and procedures.
• Passionate about the role, committed to the highest standards of care and compliant with CQC regulations
• An experienced leader, confident in interviews and able to grow, and manage a team of carers.
• At least two years’ experience in the care industry in a registered manager’s role.
