A fantastic, vibrant multi million pound travel company based in the heart of the Kent countryside who have been ranked as a Sunday Times Top 100 company for many years.
They work with around 8,000 travel agents and partners offering a wide choice of products. Its a truly amazing place to work and learn and has a reputation for being an incredibly inspiring, fun and fast paced business.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to lead their Marketing Team.
The successful candidate would be able to bring their marketing expertise and management capabilities to drive the performance of this incredible team of talented marketers.
As a Travel Partnerships Marketing Manager you will be
- Supporting and managing the marketing team in delivering various
activities through communication channels.
- Liaising with colleagues from other departments to make sure
marketing campaigns are co-ordinated efficiently.
- Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets.
- Creating and managing the publication of all marketing material in
line with marketing plans and brand guidelines.
- Evaluating customer research and implementing marketing plans
as needed.
- Managing and organising all partner events and incentive
programmes for travel agents.
The Ideal candidate
- Will have several years of experience as a Marketing Manager and
have exposure to team management with the ability to encourage
people to be the best version of themselves.
- The successful candidate will have a keen eye for data and be
able to prioritise the teams workload through analysis of OKR's
(Objectives and Key Results) to design and deliver profitable
marketing strategies and recommend clear ways to measure and
report success.
We are interested in talking to candidates who can answer yes to these three questions:-
- Are you a strong leader ?
- Are you an experienced marketer?
- Can / do you use data to build effective marketing strategies and
measure performance.
A travel marketing background would be advantageous but this is NOT essential.
