A great opportunity for a Temporary Medical Secretary in Dover.
We are delighted to be supporting our client, based in Dover, who are desperately seeking a skilled Medical Secretary to cover long-term sickness for approximately 3-4 weeks. This would be an urgent, immediate start, working 3 days a week (22.5 hours). The hours of work will be 9am - 5pm.
The role will involve general clerical and secretarial duties.
Furthermore, the role will also involve:
• Typing both internal and external correspondence
• Dictation
• Minute taking
• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Making appointments
• Organising meetings
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Previous Medical Secretary experience
• Strong audio typing skills
• Good communication skills
• Great organisation skills
• Strong administration skills
• Be approachable
• Be available to start work immediately
