Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Circa £40k + OT + Bupa + Pension + benefits

My client, a Global supplier / installer and maintainer of Automated Warehouse Systems, who has been established for over 60 years, is now looking to recruit an Electro / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for their site in Greenford.
Whichever your bias - you will be competent in the other discipline..
This is a 'hands on' site based position working in a team of 7 engineers on a rotational 7 day 16 hour operation.
Responsibilities: Multi - skilled Maintenance Engineer
Provide hands on preventative maintenance cover for an automated materials handling system.
Identify, evaluate and repair electrical and mechanical failures
Working on Planned, Preventative and Reactive maintenance
Be aware of Health & Safety at all times
Work as part of a multi-disciplined team
Take a cross-functional approach from fault diagnosis to resolution.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications: Multi - skilled Maintenance Engineer
Apprentice served or HNC/HND
Experience of working in a distribution environment
Knowledge of electrical and low level control systems .
Working level knowledge of PLC & SCADA.
Experience of automated materials handling systems a distinct advantage.
Hydraulic & Pneumatic experience
You will be working a shift pattern covering 4:00am - 8:00pm (8 hour shifts) over 7 days
