We are searching for a candidate with experience of working in an Independent Financial Adviser or an insurance company environment to support this firms Compliance Officer in ensuring the quality of advice the firm provide.
The role is based within the processing team and is primarily an administration role. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and be good at processing data with a good eye for detail.
The successful candidate will hold at least a Diploma in Financial Planning. It would be beneficial if you were well advanced towards this although not essential.
An AFPS (Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning) would be advantegous but not essential.
The company have an enviable reputation in their market place but also have a great reputation as trainers providing education and training to further your career path. The company pay examination and training costs and reward success in examinations with salary increments.
They also operate a generous company bonus scheme to reward individuals.
