The Role
To pick and deliver customer orders ensuring the departments objectives are achieved and continuously improve performance against set targets.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

- Ensure daily completion of all Loading Bay duties / tasks.
- Plan and schedule the shifts work assigning activities to team.
- Ensure documentation is completed and data captured in a timely accurate fashion.
- Communication of KPI`s to team.
- Ensure expected levels of hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Compliance at all times with H&S and Hygiene legislation.
- Team motivation and leadership.
- Maintain good working relationships with all colleagues and customers.
- Staff utilisation and rota planning.
- Provide training and direction to team where required.
- Absence Management.
- Hold team briefs.
