Go are currently looking to recruit a Senior Operational Eastern European Coordinator to work within our Dartford Onsite based operation in Kent who will be responsible for recruiting a number of workers from a multitude of nationalities for our client within a warehouse environment.



Previous experience of working within a Recruitment and Warehourse environment would be an advantage , suitable candidates must be a very determined indiviudal with the ability to succeed at all levels, with proven confidence of managing people on a daily basis and have the ability to attend meetings daily with the client to discuss through performance and accuracy of picks of the staffing supplied

The role would involve:



* Booking the staff to work everyday over various shifts and chambers

* Recruiting New Staff for weekly Intake

* Auditing the Staff Files for compliance

* Interviewing and Inducting Staff

* Absence Monitoriing

* HR Administration

* Upload of hours & Payroll

* Checking for Accuracy and Performance of our temporary staff



Hours of work would be any 5 out of 7 on a rota so weekend working would be a requirement with this role
