We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage our flagship Home looking after 22 adults with physical disabilities. The salary for this role will be in the region of £28,000 to £30,000 negotiable.
We are looking for someone with previous experience at management level in the care sector, who is able to demonstrate a track record in motivating and managing staff, together with a clear understanding of leadership responsibilities in social care. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ethos of ensuring that our vulnerable clients are treated with respect, dignity and the right to privacy, independence and choice within a policy of managed risk taking. Good IT skills are essential.
We work in a family environment which has adapted over many years to suit the individual needs of our residents. It is important that the successful candidate will take time to settle and adapt to our practice whilst bringing with them ideas and motivational skills which may be new to us. We are very much looking to recruit a person who feels as we do, and who will love their work as we do.
