We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable Technical Advisors to join our busy Service Centre covering shifts between the hours of 6am to 2.30pm Monday to Sunday, with some bank holidays, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Full time hours- 37 hours per week worked over 5 days but to include some weekends.
Part time hours -will be considered but will need to include all weekends and at least one morning shift between Monday to Friday.
Job share -also considered but weekends will need to be covered within the job share and both parties would need to cover at least one shift between Monday and Friday
A 10% shift uplift is offered in recognition of this shift pattern.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Triaging customer supply contacts to allow work to be prioritised and allocated to the field teams.
* Publicising network interruptions to the business and customer updates on the website/telephones.
* Responding to customer emails and verbal contacts regarding water supply issues.
* Logging all contact from the customer against the customer's account to ensure comprehensive and accurate records are available.
* Contacting the customer on completion of any investigation or works to ensure that a 5/5 service has been provided.
* Using information and resources to ensure that skills and knowledge are kept up to date and continuously developed
The successful candidate will:
* Ideally should have 4 GCSE passes (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
* A NVQ Qualification Level 2 or above in Customer Service/Business Administration desirable.
* Have a strong customer service focus with a determination to resolve customer issues.
* Possess strong typing, excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills.
* Be able to communicate positively with customers and colleagues in an extremely busy working environment.
