Our fresh produce client based near Gravesend are looking for team leaders to lead production operatives in their heat sealing depertment. Applicants must have experience using heat sealing machines, (ideally Pro Seal or similar), supervising staff and ideally using PR2 or other internal management system. Working week will be 5 days (days off to be confirmed and can vary) from 8am till finish - usually around 5pm, however again this can vary. Main duties will include assisting supervisors, Assistant/ Packhouse Manager to lead the team and ensure orders are accurate and on time, liaising with the qc department and ensuring all workers adhere to company health and safety and hygiene policies.
