We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Seasonal Operative.
The Main Objectives is to work as instructed without the need for close supervision as well as to carry out all grounds maintenance and gardening functions as instructed. As well maintaining our clients standards are achieved and maintained at all times.

Main Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited too:
-To Carry out site preparation and Landscaping as directed.
-To be Fully Flexible to work wherever required with in a scope of the section
-To Carry out Vehicle and plant maintenance as directed.
-To complete all necessary paperwork as directed.
-To carry out all works in a safe manner and in accordance with our clients risk assessments , safe systems of work and health & Safety policy.
-To respond to emergencies both during and outside normal hours.
-To Demonstrate a commitment to personal development.

for this position you must have the essential qualifications, Experience and knowledge, skills and abilities.

-Qualification in amenity horticulture or equivalent.
-Basic numeracy and literacy to Level A-C or equivalent.
-Full Driving Licence.
-First Aid Certificate
-Certificate in pesticide application, NPTC PA1 & PA6A Spraying.
-Sound Knowledge of Horticulture.
-Experience of mixed borders
-Experience and knowledge of all elements of machinery operation relating to grounds maintenance.
-Experience of working within a customer facing environment.

this is temporary seasonal assignment working 37 hours a week.
