We are looking for a Facilities Assistant in the Offices Services team of successful mid-sized professional services firm. The Office Services team provide essential Mailroom, Storage, Maintenance and Print room services to the firm. Part of the role will also involve covering Reception.

Main duties will include:

Monitoring and logging incoming invoices. Coding appropriately and passing to the Finance team for payment
Booking appointments and organising internal and external meetings.
Co-ordinating the work station risk self-assessment process: Reviewing and logging returned questionnaires and following up as appropriate.
Assisting with the delivery of Health & Safety training and Post Room induction to new joiners.
Covering reception, including greeting visitors.
Answering the telephone, handling routine calls and taking messages.
Franking mail and sorting internal and external mail.
Filing, scanning, printing, emailing correspondence and documents as required.
Sorting and filing documents, preparing and recording documents.
The successful candidate should be well-presented with good interpersonal and IT skills and around 12 months plus experience in an office environment, preferably to include both reception and administrative duties. You will need to possess a good approach to customer service, be pro-active and happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved into a variety of different tasks.

Car driver with full, clean driving licence would be beneficial

Hours: Full-time - 35 hrs per week

Excellent benefits including bonus scheme, pension and 5 weeks holiday.
