Formula One Management Ltd operates within the dynamic and exciting world of motor racing and is responsible for the design and operation of many of the key technical systems used for the televising and administration of Formula One Motor Racing events.

We are looking for a highly experienced and confident HR Generalist who is fully CIPD qualified and able to see the bigger picture to offer realistic, appropriate HR advice and guidance. You will also need proven people management experience as you will lead and mentor the HR team day to day.

Its important that you are approachable and can build strong working relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and proving your credibility quickly.

As Assistant HR Manager, you will be expected to review and update policies, procedures and Handbooks and present relevant changes to both the team and senior management. Although this is a senior role, in the absence of team members, we would also expect you to assist and help in other duties e.g. inductions and general admin.

This is a truly generalist role and you must have more than 4 years’ experience in a Senior HR role to apply. We are not just looking for individuals with employment law knowledge, but someone who has a vast working knowledge and can provide examples.

You will be based in Biggin Hill, Kent so it’s important you can drive as public transport is limited. We may also ask you to travel to our London office when required.

Senior HR Advisor exp (min 4 years)

People Management exp

Management of a recruitment function


Payroll knowledge

H&S knowledge

We would like candidate to live within a 1 hour commute of Biggin Hill and be a non-smoker.
