DED Ltd is a successful and growing distributor of Point of Sale and Auto ID equipment based in Lydd, Kent

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator to join our team. This role will provide essential administrative support to our Sales team and our customers.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience within an administrative or sales support role previously. Experience of working with Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential.

Main responsibilities of the role include:
• Providing support to the Sales team to meet targets and
company goals
• Liaising with suppliers on delivery, technical and pricing queries
• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely
manner, making outbound calls to customers to update them
• Processing of quotes and orders, allocation of stock, checking of
stock availability and lead times
• Handling and resolving customer queries in a quick and efficient
manner
• Dealing with couriers to arrange collections, and tracking orders

The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate
• Great people skills , be enthusiastic with a positive, can-do
attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing with an
excellent command of written English
• High levels of attention to detail and excellent organisational
skills
• A proactive approach to Customer service,

This is a full time position working Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.30pm based in our offices in Lydd, Kent. Attractive Salary based on relevant skills and experience.
