A Maidstone / Aylesford ecommerce business is looking for an Website Product Listing Assistant to help with listing new products on the company's websites. This job would be ideal for someone looking to begin a career in online website management.
Your role will involve:
- Writing descriptions of our products
- Uploading product descriptions and images to our CMS software
- Creating new and relevant categories
- Adding products to their correct categories
- Checking our competitors products and prices
- Liaising with our graphics and SEO team
You should have:
- Good grades in maths and English
- A fast and accurate typing speed
- Creativity for writing product descriptions
- Good Photoshop knowledge
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Basic Excel knowledge
The ideal candidate will:
- Be proactive with great enthusiasm and motivation
- Have the ability handle a busy product listing schedule
- Work as part of a team and develop excellent working relationships with colleagues and team leaders.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written communication in English
- Must be numeric to understand pricing
- IT savvy
- Proficiency with Excel
- A hands on attitude and willingness to help other team members
- Ability to undertake projects on your own initiative
- Can work under pressure
- Efficient and accurate at the same time
Suitable candidates will be A-Level or equivalent with strong grades in both English and Maths.
