We are currently seeking a temporary Recruitment Services Assistant to cover a period of maternity leave. The successful candidate will work closely with the Recruitment Services Team Leader to provide a centralised recruitment process for the organisation.

You will have experience of managing large volume recruitment processes, ideally within a HR department. You will co-ordinate the recruitment cycle which will involve placing adverts, arranging interviews, issuing offer letters and liaising with managers to give updates on candidates’ progress through the recruitment cycle. The process will involve reference and DBS checks, in line with the organisation’s requirements.

The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and further, be highly organised. They will have a professional and articulate approach to their work, be able to manage a multitude of tasks at any one time, prioritise effectively and work in an ever changing environment. Applicants should have a high standard of computer literacy and be competent in word, excel and preferably social media.
