The Role
Canterbury Mazda and Parker Mitsubishi are looking for a well presented, confident Service Manager with experience to manage a multi franchise service and parts departments based in Canterbury Kent. As Service Manager you will be a vital member of the Management Team, critical in supporting the Dealership General Manager to reach set objectives.

The Person
The successful candidate will be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team.

Furthermore, you must:

• be in a similar role in a main dealer franchise
• have knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry.
• possess strong leadership and man management skills and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and the dealership's reputation.
• have excellent written and verbal communication
• have exceptional organisational skills
